Terms and Conditions


Confirmation of booking confirms the client’s acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Payment


A non-refundable deposit should be paid at the time of booking to reserve the date and time of your session. The remaining balance should be paid at least 48 hours before the session by bank transfer.

Cancellation


If a session is cancelled by a client with more than 24 hours notice, the initial deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule the shoot, another deposit will be taken in order to make a new booking.
If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the shoot, 50% of the total fee will be charged.

Images


Only the final edited images may be used by the client. Unedited proofs must not be shared on social media or used for any other purpose. The final retouched images must not be edited further in any format (e.g. with filters on social media) without the consent of the photographer.

Image Release Terms


Photographs may not be reproduced, sold, published or used without permission for any commercial purpose except for the following: Spotlight, IMDB, agency or management website, personal website, theatre programmes, personal business cards and personal portfolios. No third party rights granted. 
Any editorial placement must be cleared with Mark Macdonald Photography.
Please ask publications etc. to contact hello@markmacdonaldphoto.com to arrange a licence or fee for usage.
Images must always be fully credited whenever they are used: Mark Macdonald Photography.
Images must not be edited using any image editing software or application.
